CAVIBRANDS are using radio frequency equipment from above to monitor people including their personal lives. I have had personal experience with it and I am related to the MD Michael ten Hope. I have requested him to stop on numerous occasions and have even left messages with his receptionist to call me back. He has failed to do so. I find this to be totally unprofessional and affecting my mental state. My name is Alan Jennings and my no is 0621896268. I have been working with the Developer(Anwar Dawood)as a Real Estate Agent with Prime Properties and have had very bad experience with the developer not meeting his promises. We were promised an incentive bonus of R 5000 when conditions of the sale had been met. This was not paid out and when questioned the developer said that he will pay on transfer. Transfer has happened more that 10 days ago now after waiting for 10 months for transfer to take place. I have phoned him many times and he has kept promising to pay the money to me. He has asked for my bank details 3 times now and when checking my bank account today he has failed again to pay after promising on Friday 26 th October 2018 to pay. This also included the sale commission for the sale. I have sold another apartment there recently and am expecting the same delays and promises. This is amounting to fraud. He has been totally unprofessional and unresponsive. I am warning other estate agents not to become involved with marketing of this development in La Mercy - you will not get your money.
My SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 3 phone has been with Appleberry Midlands Mall for over 2 months now. I took it in for repairs and received it back but it was still not repaired. I then took it back about 2 weeks later and have to date still not received it back. I spoke to the owner (Danielle) last week and he promised me that I would have it in my hand on the 12th Feb. This has still not happened with no phone call. I went into the store this morning only to be told my phone had still not been repaired.<br> <br> This is the worst service I have ever received.
