When Body Corporate Violates Privacy
Improper conduct that are made up or exaggerated, constantly taking pictures of us ''tenants'' without permission.Numerous times during my stay Apartment management has been taking pictures us and apartment without my being home and without notifying me in advance. In no situation was there any emergency involved. This has caused me considerable anxiety and stress, to the point that my peaceful enjoyment of my tenancy has been seriously disrupted. This behavior is unacceptable as we are humans and not animals to be taking pictures without permission. The audacity and sicken privilege that YT think they have over black people is ridiculously disgusting. Body corporate in a complex is a nightmare at Tuscania Villas. If anyone is considering purchasing the apartment or wanting to rent, you'll never be at peace.

Azure Property Admin/D Ambrosio developers-beware-scams rates
Reviews previously a year or two ago with Azure Properties. Beware. Unregistered as well. And instrumental in instituting electricity rates way above Eskom rates which is against the by-laws. 36 percent odd. In collaboration with D Ambrosio developers who form part of trustees in agreement. Check electricity rates before buying any properties in Table View/Parklands areas with any new developments Choose Trafalgar or a reputable company with registered administrator to avoid any legal issues. My advice.

Azure Property Administrators is a property business who also Acts as a Managing Agent in a Sectional Title scheme. They are not a member of EAAB, have no FFC, are not registered with the Council for debt collection or are a member of NAMA. The Business isn't registered as a company and thus cannot be sure they are paying the correct TAXES. The Website has no affiliations with any organisations, yet Trustee's (at the cost to owners) have contracted them to Manage a R120M scheme. The Owner is listed as Gerda Scalzini, who has intow Pro Properties who deliver the maintenance portion of the contract. How is an owner expected to adhere to scheme rules when the MA can't be bothered to operate from a properly set-up company who has checkable credentials. No star options are not available.

Extremely bad and fraudulent service bt Developer - Azure - La Mercy
I have been working with the Developer(Anwar Dawood)as a Real Estate Agent with Prime Properties and have had very bad experience with the developer not meeting his promises. We were promised an incentive bonus of R 5000 when conditions of the sale had been met. This was not paid out and when questioned the developer said that he will pay on transfer. Transfer has happened more that 10 days ago now after waiting for 10 months for transfer to take place. I have phoned him many times and he has kept promising to pay the money to me. He has asked for my bank details 3 times now and when checking my bank account today he has failed again to pay after promising on Friday 26 th October 2018 to pay. This also included the sale commission for the sale. I have sold another apartment there recently and am expecting the same delays and promises. This is amounting to fraud. He has been totally unprofessional and unresponsive. I am warning other estate agents not to become involved with marketing of this development in La Mercy - you will not get your money.
