this is the second time that i am complaining about Nedbank. 8 debit orders that i asked to be stopped due to no account with them and after i paid R60 per order was returned and i am now being charged for 11 debit orders where it was only to be 8. i spoke to the bank but i seem to get no joy that is why i am now reverting to Hello Peter as it is the only place where i will get a prompt reply from Nedbank. Regards Anthony
i must congratulate Nedbank for coming into contact with me and also to Hello Peter for their assistance. Nedbank was very helpful and the matter was discussed and resolved.
after i put an review on Hello Peter pertaining the MTN account i received a call from MTN and the matter was resolved the same time, i just want to say thank you to the Lady at MTN i think her surname was Jale. you were very helpful and would appreciate it if all the other staff can be like her. Regards, Anthony
Nedbank is deducting R150.00 per debit order returned even if it is aR10.00 debit order. i confronted them about this and they told me this is what Nedbank fees are. to me this is daylight robbery as just for a R10 or R100 return the fee is R150, WHY. if Capitec bank charges is less then would rather go there but i still need answers on that and i feel that the consumer counsel must step in and investigate the matter as i get no joy with Nedbank
i have posted a complaint about MTN before on Hello Peter and they responded back but with a phoney response number that we have been trying to send messages to all the time but with no response. i communicated with MTN several times but yet they do not seem to understand the situation. on the 5th of July 2017 i paid R550.00 into the MTN account with a description of Emile and the benificiary Emila. we went to MTN several times in the Rustenburg mall on the 17th 0f July 2017 and explained the situation to them whereby they sent an email to MTN head officewith ref.no: ********** for Mr. C.E.Oberholzer, cellphone no: ********** 219. MTN responded that the they were going to block the number due to no payment whereby we went to ABSA in july and paid AGAIN R550.00. MTN said to me that the issue has been resolved in September but what about the 1ST PAYMENT WE MADE on 5th July 2017. now i received a email that they do not deal with a 3rd party which i understand bu I made the payment and i want to know where my money went to, that's all i need to know and they do not seem to grasp it that 2 PAYMENTS were made in July. all i want to know is where is my payment is that so difficult to grasp.
the 2nd of February 2015 between the hours 17:00 and 18:00pm i stopped at Engen service station 1 Platinum to fill my vehicle with diesel and check the oil and water.without my knowledge the attendant filled the radiator bottle with soap water. i paid and left for work on my return on the 6th February 2015 close to home the temperature gauge indicated that my vehicle was overheating. i could not understand this as i do not have a leak on my radiator. luckily i was only about 2 km's away from where the overheating started i switched my vehicle off so it could cool down. The following morning i opened the radiator cap and refilled the radiator with water, to my astonishment i saw foam bubbling out of my radiator, this is when i realized what the attendant had done as my water bottle next to my radiator was also full of foam. Monday morning 9th February i emailed Engen Head Office and notified them about the incident and sent them the photo's of the foam. they responded telling me that they will investigate and get back to me within 48 hour.72 hours still no reply. i emailed again and their response was i must wait in line as there are people in front of me. so i must wait what for
