Do not use as Dic Homes are giving poor service to tenants and there is a lack of communication between Dic Homes and clients lack of feedback. Overall not a plrasure to do business witj them.

This employment agency advertises positions on job portals. When a prospective job seeker apply for a specific position that fits his/her profile and gets invited for an interview, the Recruitment specislist, does not provide interview feedback to the candidate after attending the interview.

Poor and unproffesiolalism behaviour.

No communication whatsoever to the dandidate that took time to go for the interview. Really bad service from an agency who's main purpose should be to place the right candidate in the right position.

We had a lovely experience with ms C Tavares from Outsurance. She was extremely helpfull and assisted us in a excellent manner.

What a pleasure to get such professional assistance

Eco Log Homes built our log home, which we thought would be our dream home. Their quotation was definately not cheap for the house, but their building quality was terrible. When we moved into the house, we had to fix a lot of building errors. We discover all the building errors after moving into the house and stayed in the house for a few months. During the snag list all the hidden errors were not discovered. the builder knew about it but he kept quiet. The building contrctor had an attitude against us, after we required some documents from him for which we paid and he refused to hand it over due to the fact that we did not agree to pay for certain services which was not stipulated in the contract. During the construction process, the architect was not once involved to check whether the architectural structure was built according to the building plans. We will never recommend this company to anyone who think of using them. We terribly regret that we used them for our house and are of the opinion that they ask a lot of money to built the house but their work is of a poor standard. He also uses unqualified electricians, plumbers as well as carpenters to work on a house.

Mr Robert Keevy was responsible for the Electrical Installation on our new house for which he is qualified. This was a total disaster. Afterwords, we discover a lot of defaults on his electrical installation for eg. Wires was twisted together and kept in place with insulation tape. Wall plugs were fitted incorrectly. His assistant was instructed to install a lightfitting, but was not qualified to do it. Mr Keevy could not fix the problem on the plugs which the plug tester indicated as a problem. Therefore we struggled to obtian an electrical certificate. We had to fix the electrical problem to obtain the electrical certificate.

He was also instructed hy the Builder to do the plumbing, which he was not qualified to do. He also asked a Plumber Inspector to issue a plumbing certificate without the qualified plumber ever being physical on site. The sewage pipes were installed incorrect. The washbasin's taps are skew and not centered in the middle. The round wasbowl for vegetable washing in the kitchen's water is slow to drain and makes a "gurgle" noise.

Overall unaceptable poor workmanship. Please do not use Robert Keevy for your Electrical and Plumbing needs.

Mr Slabbert ' s company had to perform some remedial work on a log home that he built for us due to the fact that he used unskilled workmen on our project whereby he promised us that he will hand over our engineering certificate which we paid an amount of R20.000. The remedial work has now been done and all monies paid to him but he is refusing, despite 2 letters from our Attorney whereby they instructed him to hand over the engineer certificate. I think this is nothing else than a dishonest act. Please refrain from using Eco Log Homes when you want to built a log home!!
Used Eco Log HOMES located in Randburg, to built our \dream house"which turned into a nightmare due to the Person Responsible not adhering to the contract signed by both parties.

Wants the client to pay additional costs that is already paid for in the contract. If the client disagrees with him and refer him to the contract"
