We purchased 5 tickets for the Steve Hofmeyer IKOON concert on 29 March 2025 that got cancelled/postponed at the DHL Stadium Cape Town. The new date in October does not suit us and as such we have requested a refund from TopTickets. However TopTickets claim iTickets need to refund us, as the funds are in escrow with iTickets. At this time, between TopTickets and iTickets I am R1,812.50 out of pocket - supposedly ****** from me! How is it that money can be taken for a service to be delivered and when that service is not delivered, the money simply can be held, in other words, ******!
I have bought a Mecer tablet from TakeAlot for my wife only 8 month's ago. The unit's charge point have become dysfunctional. Mecer and TakeAlot claims the unit has been dropped and now the warranty is nul and void. However, the unit is in perfectly mint condition, with protective screen guard and not even a hint of a scratch or a chip, as we really do care for it with our lives.
