We have used Rentokil for years and seen many sales people come and go. Evert time someone came out and wanted to quote us, we received nothing. Last year someone new came out and we laughed but I decided to sign a new contract to save some money. That was in August - in November after requesting the quote again, I received it and sent it off same day. To this day I have not received the pricing I have signed for and despite escalating the matter, no one wants to get back to us.
I have cancelled my contract on line in December on your website as I wanted to port.<br> <br> Apparently you have not cancelled my line and now this is the second month. I have tried phoning but your answering system is not user friendly at all and when I did get through, I was transferred and got cut off.<br> <br> I do not want to be billed another month and should be credited for the current month if I am proved correct.<br> <br>
I ported from another SP to Telkom on 24 December and was told it takes 72 hours. The other SP confirmed they received the porting info on 25 December. I was given a temp number in the interim.<br> <br> To this day I am still not ported and am going to get another bill from my other SP as I've been running 2 phones for 2 months now. I have been to the branch about 4 or 5 times and yet still unsuccessful with porting.<br> <br> Please can someone sort this out as it's been way too long.
