Poor customer service. Not professional
Poor service and lack of administration skills. Their phone doesn't work and if you make a reservation on whatapp, you get ignored. I've phoned them 4 times today with a WhatsApp message aswell and nothing. Not even a follow up call. Whomever is in charge here should go back to hospitality management school because they have no idea how to handle customers. I will not visit this place

Xerox takes care of its customers
On 27 July 2015 ( Monday ) I had difficulties with Xerox in terms of viruses and data being lost, this irritated and angered me because of assignments that had to be redone. The next day Tuesday, Magdalene Le Roux contacted me and asked me to explain what happened, she placed my trust back into the company and also arranged a meeting with the TUKS IT department to rectify any problems. <br> I want to personally thank Magdalene and Leonard Daniels for their time and great service. <br> Thank you =)<br> <br>

Xerox is a VIRUS invested Company!
I am no stranger to Xerox, I regularly use their services on the TUKS Hatfield campus, it saves me time to not have to print important documents at home. However I AM NOT A FAN of Xerox's constant habit of placing malicious malware, spy-ware, TROJAN Horse, and even viruses aimed at my Windows operating files, on my memory sticks and hard drives....<br> I had IT, I know the phrase... \Backup your files"right? NO! just as I don't carry a Weapon in public"

No respect for people living next to ASBA.
The ABSA Conference Centre in Montana Park have regular parties until the early morning hours, they have no regard for anyone living next to or in the surrounding are of the ABSA Conference Centre.<br> On 27 February 2015 ABSA had a party starting at evening hours and lasted until 28 February 2015 at 5 AM, it is of GREAT Inconvenience for people who have to study for exams and people who need to rest for early working purposes.<br> If this is the attitude that my Bank (ABSA) has, I will STRONGLY consider switching over to another Bank.<br> This is unacceptable and I would like it to please stop, respect the people who live next to you and keep it down after 12 midnight.<br> Thank you for your time.
