I booked a flight to London a few days ago on eDreams. I received an email to state that the booking was confirmed. The ticket was about R13,000.00 and was a return ticket between Virgin Atlantic and Air France. I proceeded to book accommodation and then two days later eDreams informed me that the booking was rejected by Virgin Atlantic and consequently my booking is cancelled. I received a refund and advised to book again. When I tried rebooking the system indicated an error. I tried booking via Emirates on eDreams where the price was eventually R5,000 more than what eDreams showed. Because of this company's lack of diligence, I have now had to book another flight I could find which cost me R20,000.
Do not ever leave this salon a bad review about their owner’s rude behaviour towards potential clients or the fact that their adverti*****t is unrealistic. You might end up being threatened with lawsuits and harassed by the owner’s friends.

Do NOT buy exam packs from this website it is a sham. They also sell notes from other companies and the ebooks they claim they sell you will never receive. After the guy takes your money he does not reply your emails. The number given on the website also doesn’t work.
Still no refund and guess what?? It's been 10 months since I started requesting my refund. Still NOTHING! You like taking advantage of people and I'm sick of your behaviour! I am going to file a lawsuit in the small claims court and I will collect interest as well as other unnecessary expenses. I don't think your director is going to be so impressed if he or she has summons served on them. I hope all potential customers read this before making the same mistake as I did.
After 3 previous reports on Hello Peter I still haven't received my refund( not that I even received my order anyway). I will keep writing a report every five days to show people that if they are considering ordering from you that they should know exactly how they will be treated. YOU ARE UNETHICAL AND I CAN ASSURE YOU I DONT LIKE MY TIME BEING WASTED WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE DOING. Obviously you are incompetent and I suggest you do something about it. So keep receiving my reports.
This is the FOUTRH complaint that I'm writing! And still NO communication on their behalf! I ordered a bed crown in February and paid via EFT. Sent proof of payment three times!! But they just cancelled my order because of \default on payment". I demanded my money back"
This is my third complaint and hopefully the final one since I will be sending a formal letter of demand in terms of s29 in the Small Claims Court later today to your registered postal address in Johannesburg. Paid for a Cora Crown Set by EFT in January or February already. Never received my order. Claims that they never received payment although 2 letters of proof thereof was emailed to them by me. My money was stolen from this company and still struggling to get a refund since customers get ignored. The Court with jurisdiction over your area will be the court involved in further summons being issued. I hope more customers can take further action for this company's unethical behavior. No legal representatives are allowed in the Small Claims Court.
