We had a wonderful experience dealing with Sound of Ministry. They are very quick and thorough in responding to queries. The items we ordered were delivered within two days. An item we queried about was out of stock, but Jacques contacted us the moment they placed the order for more of the items to be received, and said we can place the order for the item so long. Within two days of the items arriving at the store from the supplier we received the item we ordered. Thank you kindly for your excellent, friendly, and prompt service. We highly recommend Sound of Ministry for any of your audio/sound equipment needs.

I ordered an item on 28 June 2022 for delivery, which according to the App would be done within 4 days. We received an item stating that the item is out for delivery a couple of fays later. We still have not received the item. I phoned the call center 3 or 4 times and every time they tell me that according to the system the item is still at the warehouse and has not been sent out yet, but they will escalate and let me know. I have yet to receive a phone call or email from them. They are not able to provide me with a tracking number. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER buy from Mr Price, Mr Price Sport, or Mr Price Home again. Do not be fooled by the friendliness of their call center operators. They may be friendly, but their service is abysmal.
We would just like to thank Metropolitan Life, especially Mpho Thulo and Aletta Clarence, for the excellent service. We complained about late payment of the funeral claims, but we were contacted and it was explained that due to the unrest and looting that occurred, many of the branches were closed and the open branches had to take over the work for those branches. Metropolitan Life went out of their way to make sure our claims were attended to, and it was paid out within a couple of hours. Thank you so much! Your service is much appreciated!
My father-in-law passed away on 14 July 2021. He has 2 funeral policies with Metropolitan Life. We submitted a claim on 19 July 2021 for both policies. We emailed through all the documents that was required. We phoned to make sure that all documents was received in good order. On 21 July 2021 we still haven't heard anything so we phoned again. Mpho Thulo assisted us and asked us to resend the email with all the documentation to her. This was done immediately since the funeral was scheduled for 23 July 2021. We emailed Mpho again to make sure she received all the documents in good order. She assured us that all the documents were in order and she will follow-up. We still haven't heard anything since. The funeral was held on 23 July 2021. The family had to make other arrangements for funding the funeral. This is unacceptable. Today is 26 July 2021, still no confirmation of anything, no email, no phone call, no payment of the policy. So much for priding themselves on 48 hour turn around time. We would never recommend Metropolitan Life. Their service is abysmal. Please stay far away.
I ported from Vodacom to Cell C over 2 years ago. I wanted to port back to Vodacom due to good specials. I received my new iPhone 5s on 25 February 2015. But they activated the sim card with a new number, instead of the number I wanted to port back from Cell C. I phoned them and was told different things - one said the number isn't archived yet. Another one said no the number has been deleted from Vodacom when I moved to Cell C so they cannot port. This is rediculous since the number didn't exist on Cell C when I ported to them. Why is it now a problem if the number does not exist on Vodacom when trying to port from Cell C? This is my work phone. All my details with all my accounts are using this number. I need this number. This is totally unacceptable.
