Pietermaritzburg Virgin actove Victoria road is possibly the worst place to go. We have been training there for the past four years.The aircons is constantly not working.Best of all is the gym is over full with people in the heat sweating,o one ckeans equipment after use.More sweating,unhygenic and filthy.windows gets opened but no ise in our conditions here in pmb. This is really most pathetic gym ever. During covid time all our machine was exchanged with old equipment from down the coast.Half our back machines are missing. Change your staff or management or get something done.
I have spend hundreds of rand to get to a consultant. I have had no luck not once for hours on the phone. Do you guys even have staff. I dealt with all credit berues but by far experian is the worst. Please contact me in regards to numerous mails sent for judgement removal.
I have recently lost my dad.This was in January the 20th.After dealing with his claims and sorting out whatever needs to be sorted out,I have dealt with numerous people not willing to assist or we were givin the run around.In the first week of his death we were notified that his provident and pension fund will be finaliased within 3weeks.We are sitting going for the fifth month and every time is something different.After phoning and sending mails all of a sudden the send me a document stating that they are allowed to take 12 months with this which does not work for me sorry.First of all the employer and Moriting told us that the duration of payout will be between 3 to 4 weeks.They also know that I have my mother that is currently unemployed where she was staying with my father which had the income.She is also sickly and need this sorted asap.Surely when someone passes away this should be a priority or do we have people that dont care?Do they even have the correct trained staff in place for all of this?You can not tell your client that it will take 3 weeks and then not even giving feedback but for the client to keep follo9wing up on this is absolutly insane.<br> <br> Thanks
I logged a claim on the 29/01/2015.within the first week I was told that all docs was recieved and that they require docs fro the hospital.Now this is a claim from a family member that have passed away.This claim have been going on for more than a month.The first week that I have recieved the call from Clint that is dealing with this,he told me that they will need payment confermation that the couriers can collect docs from hospital.All docs including the 1663 from the hospital was sent.Now really,WHAT HAPPENED TO EMAIL OR FAX?Now couriers have to pick up forms from kzn to gauteng?I have logged three other claims with other companies with way bigger claims than this and was sorted within a week.The messages that I have from them where there was so called miscommunication and then the follow ups that I need to do is totaly unacceptable.There is absolutely no feedback at all.Three weeks Im calling and everytime it is the same story that Im getting.HAVE NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS
