I’ve had a terrible experience with Afrihost over the past few months. My line suffered from constant jitter and instability, making gaming and even basic streaming frustrating. I opened multiple tickets, ran the tests they requested, and even provided screenshots and detailed reports. Despite this, every interaction was the same: repetitive answers, no urgency, no proper follow-up, and no accountability. It felt like I was just being pushed in circles while Afrihost ignored the evidence and failed to take ownership of the problem. Consultants repeatedly asked for the same information I had already provided, and escalations went nowhere. The lack of responsiveness and genuine support was unacceptable. In the end, the service got so bad that I had no choice but to cancel with immediate effect. Ironically, the only thing Afrihost managed to process quickly was my cancellation request. Afrihost has lost me as a client, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values stability, reliability, or proper customer service.

That alone made my decision to work with them simple. I had a design in mind but no idea about the diamond shape. Storm worked closely with me, suggesting the best materials and sizes to match my vision. The service was outstanding - every message was answered quickly, every update was given without me having to ask, and every detail was handled with care. The final result left me speechless. The ring was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Storm also took the time to explain how to care for it, which just reinforced the trust I had in them from day one. If I had to sum up the experience in three words: easy, beautiful, magic. I would recommend Poggenpoel without hesitation to anyone who wants jewellery made with skill, passion, and care.
Tucked away in a small centre in Linden, this spot offers some of the best sourdough pizzas you can find. Their wood fired pizzas are truly authentic and deliver on flavour. With the manager, Garreth's, friendly banter and reasonable prices, it’s near impossible to find any alternative. This has become my go to pizzeria when I’m in the area, and even when I’m not! This should be on every pizza *****’s list.

Yet again we have been informed that your technicians were here. This is the third time we received the sms, were told they are coming and were lied to about this. This is disgusting, as I had to take another day off from class to wait for a technician that never arrived. We were promised they were going to come the next time, after your call center got our contact information wrong the first time, which led to a no show. From fixing the information and again, leading to a no show. And now for the third time, after giving 2 contact numbers and ensuring they are correct, the call center again got the numbers incorrect and it led to another no show. Honestly I'm appalled. I have been waiting on you for well over a month now. <br> <br> I don't know what to do anymore, because this system is run in such a monopoly fashion that there is just no way we as paying customers can voice our disgust in this regard. We can't even call the supervisor, as he doesn't ever answer his phone.
I was informed by a Telkom technician and supervisor that my line would be installed today (4/3/2015). I had to cancel my entire day's class so I could by home when the technician would arrive. However, I was notified that the technician was here and according to him no one was home, which I find strange as I sit less than a meter away from our front door. I don't understand why you feel it is necessary to lie to a paying customer. I find it unacceptable behavior from a leading service provider like yourself. And what is worse is the customer care. When we tried to contact the supervisor we discovered there is no cell number connected with her, she only communicates in email. So thanks to incopitence, lies and just plain lazyness I will be without Internet for probably the next few weeks, if this is the way things are done.
