I have been trying since 04/09/2018 to get Vuma out to install a CPE device. I have contacted Nikos, Owen and Kya on various occasions only to be promised that I will be contacted either on the same day or the next by the servicing department to arrange installation. After four attempts I still have not received a call. I live 7-6 Km's from the Bryanston head office and they can't arrange and complete the installation. Poor service all around from Vumatel

My Group Schemes Long term investment plan started on 01/12/2010 due to end 01/08/2020. In July of this year I requested a breakdown letter of my investment (REF:GSS ********** ). To my absolute disappointment and disgust I have discovered that the investment has in fact lost money and not accumulated any growth. The bonus that is paid every year is significantly lower than the fees deducted on a yearly basis by Old Mutual. According to the breakdown Old Mutual have been charging me a whopping 11.50% percent fees to manage my investment.
I placed my order for an assignment pack however I did not receive my order. This has happened with other people ordering from their site as well. You will see the negative reviews at https://www.facebook.com/pg/taeh911/reviews/ Once you pay they send you link to download the content however this is only a blank .txt file.You can't reach them as the no one answers their phone or responds to your queries via email or their help system on their website. I will not recommend that you purchase any study material from this website.
I reported my ADSL fault 44CRK091215 on 09/12/2015. I have followed up on numerous occasions only to be told that I have to wait for a technician to come out and repair the fault. As of today 07/01/2016 the issue still has not been resolved. The call centre is completely ineffective as you cant be transferred to an escalation department or higher management. The level of service is absolutely shocking and the we don't care you cant wait attitude is simply appalling.
I placed my order with [URL Removed] at 08:21 on 06/11/2015. I chose same day delivery of R50 and received and SMS at 10:39 informing me that my order will be delivered before 15:00 on 06/11/2015. I phoned Mr D Courier at 15:40 to follow up on my delivery. Rory informed me that the driver did not manage to deliver the order as he ran out of time. I told him that the order was for a same day delivery and that the delivery address specified was my work address and that I will be leaving work at 16:00, he said someone would contact me to resolve the issue. I waited at work and after not receiving a call back as was promised I phoned the contact center again at 16:47. I explained the situation to the the call center agent was put on hold twice and was informed by her that she would contact me in a few minutes to resolve the matter. It is currently 20:13 I am still waiting for the promised call. I have not received my same day delivery as was guaranteed. The level of services is completely unacceptable from your Courier Service and it is completely unethical to charge your clients for services you cant render. <br>
