We Visited Bennigans Sunward Centre 17 November, the reception staff was dull and uninviting. For starts we ordered mussels to share, waitress just pushed the plate on to the table, no extra side plates, this dish must have been standing for some time for there was a dry film already formed on it and we did not recieve the correct amount of mussels. Mians came and my chips were cold, asked the waiter to pls get me some fresh chips, wich she did. The one manager brought me the new chips looking very upset and aggravated about this. He then put the chips on the table and started to walk away, I asked him pls take the other chips with him. I started to eat the new batch of chips only to find they were worse that the first lot. I called the other manager and complained about this, he then told me I should specify how I want my chips done. He was extremely arrogant and bombastic. When I went to pay my bill with him he told me that I have in this short time that I was there changed my order three times and that I am swearing him. So before the issue escalated I paid my bill and left. Been a patron for a number of years now but will never visit Bennigans Sunward Centre ever again. The staff is unprofessional the management team is driving the business into the ground, I could see the deterioration in the place when I walked in. Very disappointed, have never been treated by management staff like that in all my years of dinning out ….SHAME ON YOU
I reported a fault to TELKOM call centre, 4 weeks ago16/02/2015, reported it again 1 week later, then this week 10/03/ 2015, and still not one person has responded to this call, sent 40 SMS to their self-help service exactly what it says self-help because there is no help there, think someone had a brain wave when they came up with that one IDIOT. Then you have to deal with incompetent staff at the call centre, that after waiting for 20 min actually crap their pants because they actually answered a call and put the phone down in your ear, then you talk to the ones that are friendly and assure you that the call will be attended to TELKOM training centre 1 point for that, shame Telkom then you put those asses out on corners to promote fast internet, wonder why you not doing so good.
