Just placed our order with The Mattress Warehouse and Monique deserves a gold star. She guided us through every option with endless patience, matched us to the perfect bed and still kept the price on the comfy side. So far so good (We are still expecting the bed early next week).

I struggle to get passed your automated machine. It asks me to insert the mobile number and every time it says \The number is invalid". After trying a hundred billion times it finally accepts it. Then I wait for 30mins plus and eventually the machine hangs up on me. Which now means I have to try from scratch to get passed your machine again. This is not a free number and costs me every time. I can' find any other number for the insurance department. We are waiting for a claim now for over 3 weeks and no one gets back to us! I tried e-mailing [Email Removed] to contact me. I left them 2 numbers to contact me on. I eventually got a reply saying they couldn't get hold of me (Bull S***) and I must contact them on 083 123 6084!!! Back to Square 1.<br> Please Please Please Please Sort out your machine and staff!!! I'm going bald trying to contact you!!!<br> We pay you for a service which we get none of!!!<br> <br> """
