Shocking and very disappointing service from Discovery Insure when we had our first claim. They pay the bare minimum (mostly in vouchers) and we are still struggling to get the settlement and vouchers finalized. Claim was filed on 24 August and still not settled, despite sending all the relevant documents and complaining to Team Leader Dineo Monguni about the shockingly bad service from consultant Ntlatle Swana. They simply do not respond to our emails!! Case number 2697845. And there seems to be NOBODY at Discovery Insure that wants to assist. I do not know who to turn to anymore!!
Do not EVER take your iPhone for repairs to Ali’s Cellular at Knysna Mall. They are incompetent and unauthorized. I took my phone to them the repair the speaker, and got it back with a broken Home button. After a view failed attempts to repair it, they simply changed their story and insisted that I handed it in broken. It cost my R3000 for Apple to repair it. They are very dishonest!
<p>I started the process apply for a corporate cell phone account on 23 January 2017. I was referred to Refiloe Morailane who assisted me. After sending through all the required documents, she simply stopped responding to me emails and her phone goes to voicemal. After trying to get hold of her for a week, I spoked to her team leader Nasasha Soodeyal on 16 February, who promised to investigate the matter and give me feedback and I emailed her all the documents again. I've been following up with her since Tuesday and now she is not responding to my emails and returning my calls. I phoned her 16 times over the last view day and keeps on getting a message from the consultants that she will call me shortly. Still no return call. I reported this yesterday and wat told to talk to her manager, Charlene and was told that she will call me. Still no call!!!! I am currently holding on the line to talk to Natasha or Charlene, been over half and hour and still nothing!!! I do not understand what is going on!!!</p>
My Nashua Mobile contract was sold to Altech Autopage when they went under and I cancelled my contract with Altech Autopage as soon as my contract period expired. What a nightmare!! I sometimes had to wait up to 50 minutes to talk to a consultant and when you request to talk to a supervisor, they are always in a \meeting". One consultant told me on Friday that \""we are adults here at the call center and do not need supervision!\"". Vodacare and myself have been trying for two weeks now to port my number to Vodacom but Altech Autopage will not release my number and every time we call they give us a different reason. All I want to do is get away from this terrible company but even this has become impossible! I've never come across such a badly run"
