I have been paying my FNB account through GL Attorneys since last year and have consistently honoured the agreed monthly payment arrangement. Despite this, my payments are not reflecting on my credit profile, and I recently discovered an undated handover document on the collector’s platform that: I was never made aware of at the time Reflects the original balance with no payment history Incorrectly states that no payment arrangement is in place When I raised this, the agent handling my account, Dudu, confirmed that payment arrangements do exist and provided a statement. However, this response avoided the real issue, which is why: An undated and inaccurate document exists on my profile I was not notified of it My payments have not been updated with the credit bureaus This has a direct negative impact on my credit profile and should not happen to a consumer who is actively paying their account. I am requesting: Clear disclosure and dating of all account documentation Correct reporting of my payment history to the credit bureaus Transparency around who is responsible for credit reporting on this account I am sharing this review in the hope that GL Attorneys addresses this matter urgently and ensures accurate, fair credit reporting.
I recently had an encounter with an extremely unprofessional employee from Boulderson & Associates. This individual contacted me via WhatsApp, demanding that I pay a certain amount into their bank account for a medical aid, despite the fact that I have never held a medical aid in my life. He then proceeded to threaten me with blacklisting if I refused to pay. The level of unprofessionalism displayed is alarming. There was no proper verification, no adherence to standard procedures, and no attempt at professional communication. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the practices at Boulderson & Associates.
