I recently had an encounter with an extremely unprofessional employee from Boulderson & Associates. This individual contacted me via WhatsApp, demanding that I pay a certain amount into their bank account for a medical aid, despite the fact that I have never held a medical aid in my life. He then proceeded to threaten me with blacklisting if I refused to pay. The level of unprofessionalism displayed is alarming. There was no proper verification, no adherence to standard procedures, and no attempt at professional communication. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the practices at Boulderson & Associates.

I am disheartened. I had to pay R700. Made payment arrangements of R 100 per month. Settled my account in full on the last month being July last year. Boulderson has been harassing me for payment of R764 threatening me with sheriff and blacklisting. I paid my debt in full but missed payment in June because if I'll health. I need a heart and lung transplant have SLE lupus and suffer with brain fog. Although I made full payment this company showed no compassion but utter greed

Giving Boulderson and associates one star makes me so angry because from my side they deserve nothing . On the 29th of February I made a mistake of paying R16 000 to their account. I called them beginning of March asking them to pay me back my money . I spoke to Mr Bradley Thring who said I should email them proof of payment , ID and my account number . I did after 3 working days there was no payment . I called again asking what’s happening and he said he will speak to the Head of Finance . March came to and end with me calling Bradley and him saying the same thing , April also came to an end , May also came to an end . Now we are in June . When I went to Capitec in February , Capitec said that they called Boulderson and Associates because they wanted to let them know about the error that had occurred and Capitec would like to reverse the payment on their own . Boulderson rep**** saying that Capitec should leave it to them they will make the payment but until now I have been receiving same lame excuses. Even the phone consultants from Boulderson know my name , whenever they hear my name they will be like “ you haven’t received your payment up until now “ The worst thing about this is that they know that I don’t have any account with them but they still refuse to send me back my money

A judgment was issued against me for a Doctor's bill of R1100. There was no communication, this judgement just appeared on my credit report. I did some investigations & was referred to Boulderson & Associates as the account was handed over to them (they had already handed me over to their lawyer, Alice Gilbey Attorneys). In May 2023, I was advised by the Operations Director, Bradley Thring of Boulderson & Associates, my account had escalated, a discount was given & balance outstanding was now R1800. On 11 December 2023, the final amount owing was paid & on the same day I was issued with a paid up letter & also advised by Bradley Thring that the "Accepting of rescission letter to follow". I have emailed & called on numerous occasions requesting to speak to him but his always in a meeting or not available. I have also left messages but no response. It is now 4 months & judgement still remains on my credit report although I have paid up this debt. I need this resolved ASAP.

Constant harassment, and when I give them the same answer to their question of when can I pay, I am unemployed…. They put the phone down and when they don’t put the phone down, it turns into an argument because I cannot give you a date of payment if I can’t even afford basic human needs such as shelter??? Did they forget what country we live in? Did they forget the unemployment stats? Then boulderson has the audacity to Sms me saying I must call them???? Sorry…. Nooo doesn’t work like that. I’m not chasing after you.

To whom it may concern I Ian Naidoo committed an error and forgot to pay an account, no reminders were sent to me for close onto a year being human I forgot. I received an email from Boulderson on Thursday 24th Marc at 11h35, that I need to contact them and pay an outstanding amount of R276.56. I called Boulderson (note email said to contact them) and spoke to an agent, and of course I was a little rude as to what this payment was for - not much joy. I asked to speak to her leader and typical response is that he is in a meeting. He will call me back (ps I still await his call). After some checks I realised I was at fault of a bill from 18 months ago. I called boulderson today to get banking details to pay the R276.56 (original bill was R207) and lo and behold I get an SMS and an email with the new sum and banking details I needed to pay of R361.96. Where did the additional cost of R85.40 come from. Apparently it was the email sent to me yesterday, the call I made yesterday and the sms and email that was sent to me giving me the banking details. GO FIGURE!!!! I am in a position to afford this, as was an error on me not paying a bill, can you imagine the poor people that get into debt and then get ripped off by trying to get more information from the debt collectors
