Matrix double debits your account without permission. Deceptive ************ business practice
I have numerous complaints but will stick with the latest issue at hand. Kingprice agrees that vehicles depreciate every month, so whilst they drop your premium by a few cents every month, at the end of the year the premium goes up ridiculously combating the few rands you saved. I called them to discuss this. They *********ly made it seem as though they kept my premium a slight bit more, not too much higher but raised my excess ridiculously high WITHOUT INFORMING ME. Now that I have a claim, i find this out Shopping aroynd for reliable cover.
Makro **** that they responded to my review on their extended warranty for my Samsung washing machine. I received a mail from hellopeter stating that makro had responded but there was no response. Makro extended warranty is a farce
I had taken out extended warranty with makro on a Samsung washing machine. For months I have been having issues with the machine. Getting the insurance to send out someone was a huge mission. Finally a guy comes out, replaces a part. The machine doesnt work properly. I complain. He comes out again, guesses it's another part. After months of waiting he does a second replacement. That too doesnt work. Now makrosure ignores my emails and fault logins. The worst insurance is makrosure. Rather take out with another company. Extremely poor service
My debit orders went off successfully. I am receiving emails stating that the policy is about to lapse due to non payment. I have tried calling all numbers for 2 days and I constantly get a message to call during office hours. Non of their lines work. They are suddenly unreachable. I have sent numerous emails and have not received a callback
I have been with Kingprice for 9 years, joined just after they started. Have now had my 1st major claim and am absolutely disappointed. When I took out the policy at NO POINT did they inform me that they would use secondhand and aftermarket parts to repair my Audi. I am now told that they will basically rebuild me a **** audi. I have sung their praises for years and even got people to join and TRUST this company, no more. This was my fear when joining that at claim stage I would have issues. Go back, listen to my recordings and hear the false promises you'll made to me. No point paying insurance when the let you down in yout time if need. DISAPPOINTED
I am disheartened. I had to pay R700. Made payment arrangements of R 100 per month. Settled my account in full on the last month being July last year. Boulderson has been harassing me for payment of R764 threatening me with sheriff and blacklisting. I paid my debt in full but missed payment in June because if I'll health. I need a heart and lung transplant have SLE lupus and suffer with brain fog. Although I made full payment this company showed no compassion but utter greed
I had storm damage earlier this year. I sent pictures, quotes etc. Made numerous calls, sent many emails and 3 months later still no response. Terrible service. System generated email responses and nothing more. Disappointing service
IF I could give them no stars I would. The company 10 year warranty is a farce to lure in customers. The bed I purchased sinks in the middle. I reported and their excuse is that I washed the bed. I yearly wash my mattress using a Karcher upholstery machine. What has that got to do with poor quality and manufacturing. Absolutely disappointing. Please do not waste your hard earned money on a company that does not care about their customers.
Bought a vehicle from just cars. Vehicle has full service history and low mileage. 3 months in the gearbox packed up. Gearbox oil was black and old. Service clearly not done. So disappointing. Do not buy from just cars. There is some type of crookery going on
