I would give a -0 star if it were possible. Placed an order last year Sept (27th Sept 2023). Still haven't received my order. Sent emails requesting for a refund... nothing at all...

Extremely poor customer service
Last year (2023), i placed an order with the above mentioned company. everything was paid for in full including the penalty fee that was unfair added to my account. I still havent received my order. i have sent multiple requests for a refund, but nothing has happened...no delivery, no refund.

Extremely poor client service
Extremely poor client service on the cancelation department. I submitted a cancellation request 2 weeks ago. Still no progress. I am doing the running around. Everything possible is done to stall the process of cancelation. I ha e been given 4 different emails thus far. Whenever I call, I am put on hold until I run out of airtime.

Poor service and...
Extremely poor service and communication. 1 hour late from scheduled time. 6 cubic meters only covers a double garage and 1 bedroom. Driver was in a hurry... Something doesn't add up... 2 different time slots for 1 delivery...

Client service of the year!!!
An awesome appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Tasnim Abraham's at the Pavillion Cepitec Bank. She really went out of her way to help me. She managed to solve an issue that started in 2014. I call her the Dedication Ambassador of Cepitec.

Poor service
Bought a brand new car about 4 years ago. When we went for an installment adjustment since the car value has depreciated... The manager turned us down and told us that we were to get such a low interest rate (not sure of the exact interest rate but it was around 12.6ish). I doubt that I will consider Toyota as my dealership of choice.
