This is to add to my previous positive review. This morning my car bought from Concorde in November wouldn't start. I contacted Concorde and Riaan arrived with jumper leads. The battery had no life, so he took it away and returned with a new battery, which he installed. By lunchtime I was on the road again. I don't know how many used car companies provide that level of service, but my expectations were exceeded.
Angie and Gavin are mother and son, who treat their buyers like part of the family. I haven’t yet experienced their after-sales service, but they handle everything from organising the next service to arranging a battery or tyres when required. Highly recommended.
Pierre and his team led by Deon were professional in every aspect of building our deck. The best quote, started ahead of time, finished in a week and delivered a deck that was immaculate. Great people to deal with.
As soon as I had posted my problems with Lansdowne Boards on social media, the manager called me, arranged a carpenter and arrived with him to fix the cupboards. All sorted in less than a week.
Very poor service - stuff under-delivered or incorrect - we had to go back twice and the carpenter I hired couldn't finish the job. We now have the missing pieces but I have to rehire the carpenter at my expense even though it is Lansdowne Boards' fault. They refuse to pay.
