INTEGRITY THE NAME OF THE GAME!
I Appreciate Naz friendly, patient, respectful kindness in handling my learning experience with Concorde Cars. Car broke down in first week and Concorde agreed to cancel the deal cordially & quickly. Unforseen problem with the car and my fear as a senior on the sad roads of Cape Town was the major issue. Also, Wesbank still has the irritating policy to enquire about the "racial" standing of their potential clients. A big thank you to Naz. May God bless you.

Fast & Efficient.
For my first time buying a car myself, this was a smooth experience with a lovely bunch of staff to assist you with anything you may need. Went in to look at the car on Saturday, drove it, loved it, signed on the dotted line, and had the car ready for me by Monday. I could not be more happy!

Great After-sales Service.
This is to add to my previous positive review. This morning my car bought from Concorde in November wouldn't start. I contacted Concorde and Riaan arrived with jumper leads. The battery had no life, so he took it away and returned with a new battery, which he installed. By lunchtime I was on the road again. I don't know how many used car companies provide that level of service, but my expectations were exceeded.

Great After-sales Service.
This is to add to my previous positive review. This morning my car bought from Concorde in November wouldn't start. I contacted Concorde and Riaan arrived with jumper leads. The battery had no life, so he took it away and returned with a new battery, which he installed. By lunchtime I was on the road again. I don't know how many used car companies provide that level of service, but my expectations were exceeded.

Seamless Purchase Process
A massive thank you to the entire Concorde Cars team for the professional, knowledgeable and efficient service when purchasing our Rav 4. From viewing on Saturday and submitting our forms on Monday, we drove away with our new car on Thursday. We cannot recommend Concorde Cars highly enough. We've had interactions with many car dealers over several decades, but the personal commitment to ensuring everything is as you want it stands out. There was no heavy duty selling involved and the entire buying experience was exceptional. Angie and Naz were open and honest about everything and as helpful as anyone could possibly be. Lovely people and a pleasure to have met.
