Highly Recommended
We cannot recommend Concorde Cars highly enough. We've had interactions with many car dealers over several decades, but the personal commitment to ensuring everything is as you want it stands out. There was no heavy duty selling involved and the entire buying experience was exceptional. Angie and Naz were open and honest about everything and as helpful as anyone could possibly be. Lovely people and a pleasure to have met.

Ryobi Unresponsive
I bought a Ryobi 145P Lawnmower through Makro. When opened the box to assemble the machine, an Upper Handle Locking piece was missing; there should have been one for each side of the machine, but there was only one. I contacted Ryobi and notified them of the missing piece, through their online Contact service. Since logging my request for the missing part to be supp****, I have had no response.

Excellen Support and Service
We used Biddulphs for a move from one side of George to the other. Sylvester in the George office was always responsive and helpful. Although we had to pay almost double to a change from off-peak to a weekend move, it was carried out by Dewalt and his team in a punctual, efficient and friendly manner. Everything went according to plan and the move accomplished almost seamlessly.
