If I could give them zero stars I would! The first encounter was when they assured me by phone and sms that the car will be ready by Thursday - because we were leaving on holiday on Friday. Thursday afternoon the changed to say Friday morning. I called twice to confirm but when we got there the car was still in pieces. Evenually we went back home to pack for the holiday in the hire car and went back. By 11:00 we could trasfer our luggage to our own can and still had to return the hire car that now had a substantial pertrol bill because of having to go there twice. They lost some parts of the door and claimed that on mudflap was on back order to be completed later. Today they asked me to go out again to complete the car. I confirmed that everything will be there so that I can just wait fo the car. The receptionist confirmed 3 times. However after waiting in the waiting room for 45 min they came o tell me that they "dealers" sent the wrong part and the door parts were still on back order. I left without having the car fixed. AGAIN. If your insurance send you there, I suggest you refuse!
The store went above and beyond what I expected. Because of an error on the measure information on the website, the dress I ordered for my grand daughter was too small. They collected the dress and replaced it with another within a couple of days. Although the other dress was more expensive, I was not charged for the courier or any additional costs. Leani was always polite and very helpful to sort out the order. I will definitely order many more presents from them. Thank you Kiddie MaJigs!
I bought 2x DDR RAM and put it onto my old motherboard. It burned the RAM slots. Wendy, the manager, offered to find a similar 2nd hand motherboard from one of their branches. <br> <br> They replaced my faulty one after 3 days and installed everything as before.<br> <br> Thanks for excellent service
