****MER ALERT. Raven Stripp and L&E security solutions company request deposit to buy cctv cameras after long negotiations. Then delays and makes excuses for a week with installation. He is too busy with other jobs or is on his way but never pitches. Its a sad state of affairs when a man sells his integrity for R5000 and the name of his business...if it really is a business, that is a shame. No customer care and dodges calls and messages once money is paid. He even says his outside my house then his lost and has another job on the day of installation to delay the work again😅. Still claims he is not ****ming and will give a refund. No refund or clear communication after more than a week.of waiting. I will remove this once I get my refund. For now i will share this far and wide, be aware that this failed DJ will definitely fail your security solutions😅🤞..

My data contract with Vodacom expired in August 2015 after two years. At the end of my contract the usb data device did nt connect to the Internet anymore as it did before so I assumed it was because my contract had ended. Vodacom continued to deduct the debit order from my account even tho I did not receive my 3GB of data per month. I called the call centre on 16 September to clarify the situation as was greeted with a lackluster explanation by the call centre agent. She said that vodacom continues to debit on a prepaid basis after your contract expires, without your knowledge in most cases. They transfered me to cancellations department where they said my device maybe damaged or my sim card is non functioning. They said that my data should be still on the sim card but if I cancel the debit order it erases my number and all my data with it. So I have paid for nothing for two extra months while vodacom has gained heavier pockets. I did cancel my contract and feel as though I have been robbed somehow. I am not happy with the level of the call centre agents and how they handled my situation. I will not take a contract out with Vodacom again and will voice my negative experience.
I walked into colarado multichoice dstv agency at Westgate mall on 29 august 2015 at 10 :20am to do a transfer of ownership for a dstv explora decoder and get a new smartcard...I waited along with many others in a long queue for almost 30mins. I finally reached the consultant and got the decoder changed onto my name...The consultant had difficulty linking the new smartcard with the explora decoder n took another hour trying to remedy the problem. The problem was not resolved after 1 hour 45mins in store. I was asked if I wanted to do any shopping at the mall while they sorted the problem so I left my decoder with the consultant while retaining my receipt for change of ownership. Wen I got back to the store about 30mins later just before they close. The decoder had still not been sorted out...no feedback had been given and I am left feeling frustrated at such terrible service from a multichoice agency. I will voice this complaint further..
I had cancelled my netstar tracking contract after i had completed my contract...I sent altech an email to cancel this product in November 2014, a month before my contract was due to expire. I got a reply a month later that it is being processed and that it takes a further 30 days to be canceled. Altech continued to deduct money after the account was closed and when I called they said it's for additional features on my account, which had been closed already. I had asked to cancel those features as well on 16 February 2015. On 16 March 2015 I was notified that altech is still deducting money. The customer service do not have record of my details for the additional features anymore. The consultant ( Glenda) offered little help and did not offer any reason for this issue. I am appalled by the terrible service and will definitely share my experience with others.
