Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The saying "As trustworthy as a salesman" comes from people like this. I bought a second-hand vehicle from them in September 2021. Before I purchased the vehicle, it was agreed that they would service the car, replace the back tires and provide me with a towing eye that was missing from the car. When I received the vehicle, only the rear tires were replaced. The service light was still on and the towing eye was still missing. It was a Thursday and the salesman Molefe said he will come to pick up the car and take it for a service on Monday morning and that he ordered the towing eye and it should take a week to arrive. After taking off from work, on Monday, he didn't show up and didn't take any of my calls. I phoned the dealership, they told me he had resigned. He was lying to my face, promising me everything, knowing he had resigned. He didn't book a service or ordered the towing eye. After that, I dealt with the manager, Zipho. He booked the service (which was still covered by the service plan) and I ended up taking the vehicle for the service myself. He told me he would order the towing eye. A month later, I asked for the towing hook, he said he will get back to me. A month after that still nothing, a month after that still nothing, no communication from his side. There was always some or other problem. It has now been over 6 months and still nothing. The last time he promised he will come to drop off the towing eye before I leave on a trip to Cape Town. I keep on phoning and sending messages, but nothing, he is avoiding my calls and not reading my messages anymore. I ended up buying one myself because I did not want to drive down to Cape town without it. I had a very bad experience at this dealership. They are quick to take your money, but after good luck getting anything from them. PLEASE BEWARE

Online store is a scam, I registered for access to the online store, only after 11 I paid I gained access to it. When I tried to submit an order. The system says order received but then nothing happens. I requested support, but no response was given. Do not waste your time and money by registering for access to the online warehouse.

I would like to know when shortly is? Also everytime I phoned they said someone would contact me shortly and here I am still waiting, no response... I don't know what their definition of shorty is, but I`m getting to the stage where I am seeking legal help to resolve this matter. It has been a month since I have purchased my item, I am done waiting.
Good day,<br> <br> On 25 Feb 2015 I bought an item on groupon, they deducted money from my account and I received a invoice from them confirming my order. A few days later I tried to access my account and the website stated my password is wrong, after resetting my password the website still would not let me access my account. I phoned groupon and asked what is going on, they said my account is blocked because it is under international fraud investigation and that I should wait and that somebody from their side would contact me. I waited a few days and nobody contacted me. I contacted them again and stated my problem, and I only received a email stating that I am under investigation. I phoned them again recently where they again said that someone from their side would contact me immediately, I am still waiting to be contacted.. I have not received my order which should have been delivered within 14 days of purchase. They took my money and never delivered. I did not have this problem with other items that I bought from them. This is bad service from their side, they have made no effort in resolving this problem. <br> <br> Please help
