THEY ARE CROOKS!
THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS! The contract ended in 2020, it is now March 2022, they refuse to cancel saying they want a REGISTERED letter to be sent. September 2021, sent cancellation to Daisy. Once THAT was cancelled - they conveniently told me that Assetfin needs to be cancelled too. Kim Taliep does NOT give direct answers, telling me I need to send a cancellation, YET since Sept 2021 we have been emailing back and forth! This company is what's wrong with this country!

STILL NOTHING
A week later and still NOTHING. I posted on HelloPeter and got the automated response and a reference number: SM99097... Nothing heard since<br> <br> I went to Telkom Direct, spoke to the lady who said she will escalate to the Branch manager AS THE APPLICATION FOR THE LINE HAS BEEN CANCELLED...the branch manager still hasn't responded (Stellenbosch Telkom Direct has the poorest level of service EVER)<br> <br> Is there anyone one that can assist me?

No Feedback, no Service, yet I receive a bill!
In October 2014 our copper cables were stolen...No Telkom service at our business and Telkom said, we are not replacing it, because of the high risk of it happening again. We requested an alternative,...which they installed in February 2015. The product - Fixed Line look a like<br> <br> Installation, after countless phone calls from my cell phone, took place four months later. I was happy...I had service again. FOR A WEEK. So since the beginning of March I have been back and forth, calling the call centre, going to the store and NO JOY. <br> <br> I Found out two weeks ago, my line has been discontinued, no one knows why. No one can tell me who gave them the instruction. I go to the Telkom Direct Store. The lady tells me, because the Fixed Line look a like is such a new product, she cant assist me. Phone the call centre, they send me to the Telkom Direct Store.<br> <br> How am I suppose to maintain a professional relationship with our clients? I have no phone or internet connectivity and Telkom doesn't care... BUT THEY CAN SEND ME A BILL! a Bill for NO SERVICE!
