For those who prefer a brief summary, I am happy to report that our 5-year-old male Pekingese arrived safely after being transported by Pets Abroad. We received outstanding service from their team, who answered all of our questions and demonstrated a genuine concern for the safety and comfort of our pet, Broly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need. For a more detailed account of our experience, I must say that the journey was quite remarkable. As pet owners, we understand the stress and uncer*****y that can come with pet transportation, but Pets Abroad put all of our worries to rest. From the initial quote to the final delivery, Tiffany provided exceptional support, answering all of our questions, no matter how small. We received clear instructions on how to prepare Broly for travel to the Netherlands, and even though Broly had to leave a few months after us, Tiffany stayed in contact with us and our parents, guiding them through the necessary paperwork for his Health Certificate. On the day of departure, Broly was picked up from our parents' home, and we were pleased to hear that he was transported in a spacious and high-quality crate that exceeded our expectations. When he arrived at our doorstep, Broly was calm, happy, and healthy, which is a testament to the exceptional care provided by Pets Abroad. We are incredibly grateful for Tiffany and her team's work and wish them continued success in their business. Thank you again!
Efficient, friendly and on time!! I received excellent service from Britz Couriers & Removals. My parcel was delivered on time with no damages at all. Thank you again for ensuring that my parcel was delivered to Cape Town with no problems and no delays. Also a very hassle free service.
I was called yesterday 11:00am 25 Mar'15, by an outsourced company hired by CellC, 2 upgrade my contract.I was advised that the phone could be delivered 2 me on the same day.So due 2 me leaving for holiday I thought this would be perfect, if the delivery took longer I would have 2 declined.I called 2 follow up yesterday at 15:00 2 see how far it was.I was advised that the delivery hadn't been processed as yet. The gentleman sent the request through & he advised that I should call today 26 Mar'15.Today I was advised that delivery takes 3-7 working days & that they are waiting for RAM 2 collect the phone.This is now not what I was advised the day before.I asked them if I could call RAM 2 find out how far the delivery is & was advised that I couldn't follow up & neither could they?There hasn't even been a waybill number issued.In fury I called head office where they just put me through 2 a consultant, who couldn't help.I was falsely advised that I would have my phone within 2days & have now just renewed another 24mth contract. I feel like I was lied 2 in order for me 2 renew.I am not satisfied & as a corp company, even the outsourced employees should be inline with the correct process
