*********** service from Catmor/RCL Food Grocery
I have had conversations with Thinus Brits from RCL Foods since August regarding Catmor Food that has made my cat extremely sick. I have warned about how dangerous this food is for cats and he even went to the extent of collecting the dry foods from my house to have it tested. I've sent numerous follow up mails requesting feedback on the progress of the what the test results were but got nothing back from them. My cat spent more than a month at the vet (with a UTI, kidney stones, blood in the urine), with the bill coming to over a R1000, which I have had to pay. Catmor / RCL Foods has been no where to be found. I really wish there was a way to get this poison off the shelves and prevent other cat owners from going through the same hell as I did.

Accounts in dissarray
My debit order bounced in June and my subscription did not come off. I called them to make an arrangement that said they could deduct double at the end of July which I assumed they had done because the amount they took off was more than my installment. End of August I didn't have money to pay them again and thought I could make the same arrangement, it turns out they didn't do as I had asked and I now owe them more. They are demanding that I pay or they will suspend my services. I know I am in the wrong by not paying them but who's fault is it that they did not take all their money?? I am really so angry!!!!!

No network coverage
I am extremely upset and frustrated with the appalling services i receive from Cell C. I logged a call regarding the network coverage at home and was told the \tower"is congested and that there is nothing that can be done about it. It has now become equally frustrating as there is no network coverage at my workplace as well. The Project manager of the building company doing renovations on our building has requested that someone from Cell C comes out to this site to assess what the problem is. That has been nearly two weeks ago. I have never seen such a nonchalant company who doesn't see to the needs of their customers. If I don't feedback within a week"
