After having no joy from anyone in the call centre I was left very very angry and disappointed in the lack of knowledge or the ability to resolve the issue. I then had the pleasure of getting a call from Lorenzo in Complaints, who very calmly and professionally kept in touch with me almost daily, and 1 week later the entire problem has been resolved. Im still not ever going to trust the call centre but thank you Lorenzo for being clear, concise and resolving the issue.
ZERO STARS!!!!!! Incompetence of the highest degree! 4 phone calls, email and over R200 airtime being put on hold for 24 minutes and ZERO resolution. Team leader even more *********** than staff!
Best sales experience ever. Shane Abrahams really gave me the support I needed, even through all my fears and doubts. Listened to my needs and showed up with ideal options. Seamless procedures and fast turnaround times were amazing!
Was overwhelmed by the "eager to please" attitude of staff and owner! Lovely happy place, with really good prices on appliances. Best price paid for a 210L box freezer!
I loved dealing with King Price Insurance! For the most part, my messages were replied to within 1 hour! Not only that, it was also followed up by a call from someone making sure to dot the I's and cross the T's. At the old end, I accepted a quote elsewhere but Richard Geldenhuys was there to pick up the flak - I can only say thank you for the way you handled my last mail and your call to me thereafter. You gave that WOW service that is sorely lacking these days. Ace of Diamonds does describe you very well and I wish you much success further.
After 4 years - a little wiser, a few more grey hairs but above all, great personal growth... I would like to say that my current dealings with Property Solutions has been nothing but a pleasure. Lynette and Suzette have delivered an excellent service - and I did not even realize that this was the same company I had a grievance with a few years ago. Their service has been nothing but prompt, professional and friendly.
As a disgruntled member of Legalwise, I've had a look at the complaints on hello [URL Removed] and they all echo my exact reason to complain: - across the board, Legal Wise does not respond to mails, does not acknowledge mails and just don't handle claims very well - to the extent of blatant incompetency.<br> <br> The person who answers all these complaints on hello peter should be working with clients - on this platform you get an answer within an hour... somehow that discipline doesn't follow through to the \legal advisors"who deal with the cases. <br> <br> <br> I have submitted my request to cancel my membership on 15 December (to customer care)"
Once again, Property Solutions shows their worth. We vacated the premises on due date - professionally cleaned... yet we had to ASK when our security deposit is being paid back - on Thursday we were told: we are busy with it right now.... On Monday we were told \we are busy with it right now"... its Tuesday and still we have not been given back our security deposit. <br> On the outgoing inspection - they had a problem with the \""crumbs in the oven\"" "
After numerous requests to Property Solutions as to why we have people knocking on our doors telling us they are selling the house we are renting (and still under contract until end July), we are perplexed why all our mails go un-answered by Lynette. We also are being hassled for rent due by a mail on 29 and 30 March, yet rent was paid on 28 March already!!! We mailed them, and of course, no response. <br> <br> I will willingly come to work for you FREE OF CHARGE if you have a back-log, but not answering your clients does not resolve an issue - it makes one angry, and ready to charge.<br> PLEASE JUST ANSWER OUR MAILS! <br> <br>
