I don't even know why this company is still around. I took a contract on Monday and the noticed that the phone was glitching on wednesday, when it happened on Thursday again i was able to record the glitching and the volume went from low to high during a phone call. I went into the store I received the phone on Thursday. They updated the phone and my whatsapp instore advised to monitor the device. The next day the volume was moving up and down on the device again and there was an error that popped up on the device about notifying Xiaomi about the android services stopping. They advised that they will send an email to cancel the contract. I was debited R461.99 the Saturday after they completed the OBF claim and sent the file to Head office. I called the cancellations department who advised that i am within my 14day cooling off period to cancel but I need to go into the store where Rochelle the alleged manager at Tygervalley (who is never present in the branch) Colleen Wilson and Anthea are refusing to process my cancellation advising that I need to wait for the outcome of the OBF claim. The consumer Protection act says that the consumer gets to choose the action when the device is faulty within a certain time frame so how can such a big corporation go against a consumer right as per Section 56. They need to really be held accountable. Really leaves a bitter taste in ones mouth when 10 different people are saying 10 different things
These people initially promised a return on investment in 7-15 days. I've been waiting for 5 months now. They don't reply to complaints I've left online or what they call tickets, they don't reply to emails. Pathetic service. I hope no one else falls for this lies.
Very bad service! On Monday our car would have been there for 5 weeks now. They told us to bring the car in and they cannot do what we need done. Now everyday they have some excuse as to why the car is not done. They told us to bring our spear key on mtuesday as the key now apparently needs to be recorded and they were waiting for someone to come do it as the car won't even start now. Today, Friday they are still telling my husband that they are waiting for the man to come record the key. My husband paid them in full 3 weeks ago and they can't even do what we paid them for so we are still waiting on our refund and the car. They have no sense of urgency. Only go here if you are willing to be without a car indefinitely
