Unhelpful staff
Went to the department of home affairs in Pretoria which was a far drive. I went for absolutely nothing because no one knows what is going on. The lady in the marriage office was beyond rude and unwilling to help. It’s really horrible to go into a place where someone is so unhappy and angry to be doing their job.

Pathetic service.
There should be an option to give zero stars. Cell c Clearwater (where I opened my contract) does not respond to emails and can’t help when I call. This is the second time cell c has failed to debit my account and is now going to debit me double the amount in the new month. Absolutely pathetic.

No one at Standard Bank helps!
This specific branch does not help at all and promise things but never deliver. I have been waiting weeks and no one is willing to help. worst service I have EVER received. They need to seriously get their act together.
