Lost my deposit and no work done
Everything Pools. I contracted Jacques from Everything pools to renovate my pool in Pretoria. Very friendly and knowledgeable on the topic. His team of two workers (Baas Frans) emptied the pool and started the work but on the second day they packed up and left around mid day. Jacques said the suppliers dont have stock of pipes, weir, outflows and light and he will only return once he has the equipment. 1 week passed and everyday different excuses. I contacted various suppliers in area and all of them have stock of these items. I attempted to get my deposit back and cancel the contract but he disappeared and stopped responding to my calls. He claimed to be in possession of the equipment and tiles. Do your research, he scammed many people under different pool company names. Karma Pools, Nova Pools for example Jacques, the door is still open to come clean and make things right by returning my deposit.

No feedback from faulty ADSL line
ADSL service on home line is not working. Have gone through all the service channels to get support but no response except for an SMS saying my reference is 148CTK240315.<br> <br> I need a Telkom technician to come to my house and fix the fault asap. Two weeks have passed and line still broken.<br> <br> Telkom, if you care about your customers - Phone me.
