Refused to open a case for me as advised by the banks involved in investigating my ***** case. Instead, they told me to go to the supplier and demand my money back.
Gemco bricks number is no longer going through. It's been over a month now, the order has not been delivered, and the refund clearly was never processed as per their **** message sent as proof that it was done. It's clear that this company they are a bunch of *****sters. People beware that if you order from these guys, you're just throwing your money away
This is beyond bad service, I placed an order on the 30th of May 2023, and I was advised to make an immediate payment so that they would be no delays I did exactly as advised, and little did I know the order never arrived after the 3 days. I then follow up on the 2nd of June and was told that the knock-off at 13:00 pm on Fridays, and my order will definitely be delivered on Monday morning, which was the 5th of June 2023. I was also told that they only had 2 drivers; that day hence deliveries were slow. Monday went no delivery once again, I then followed up Tuesday, the 6th of June 2023, that my order was never delivered and that there was no communication. the response was that they were busy with deliveries further more they told me that I'm not the only client who hasn't received my delivery, secondly they experience delays that they can't account for, and they were going to inform me once the truck leaves and I must check my emails for confirmations. on the 7th, I got a message to make sure that there was somebody at my stand to receive and sign for the order, but once again, no delivery happened either week gone then it was Monday the the12th I followed up again only to get excuses that the earthquake had damaged their roof and they where clearing the site and once that's done they can start with deliveries. we then agreed that if my order was not delivered by the end of the day, I would then be refunded my money. I then sent my account detail at the end of Monday as the order was never delivered again back On the 13th, they send me a refund form to confirm the account to be refunded and then confirmed it and sent back. On the 14th of June 2023 at 17:05, I got a screenshot from them showing that payment had been processed, but that payment until today, 23rd June 2023, hasn't not been credited back into my account, and I have communicated this since I was told on the 21st June 2023 that they were going to investigate and get back to until now nothing they are now not taking my calls or responding to my messages. All they cared about was me putting on Social media telling people that they have ****med me they told me that they were going to take legal actions against me.
Tymebank said they will get back to me with feedback on the 15th of September and I haven't heard from them since. So does this mean that timebank is not going to refund my money that was taken without my concern under their bank, does this mean our money is not secure and that they don't take any responsibility for what happens under their watch?
I m experiencing a terrible service with them as I have had money being taken from my account without my knowledge and I called the on the 25th of July and filled a dispute for fraudulent activity that happened until this day I have not received any feedback from them I have been calling since. each time I'm told that they will get back to me with feedback from them. I don't believe that anyone will allow anybody to steal money from their account.
Game customer service really does not value me as a client as they have not gotten back to me regarding the issue i have with them regarding my Defy Fridge Freezer. I have not received any feedback from them since the 13th November 2018 after one of their supposed managers called and asked that I forward all the information I had submitted for them to find my records. I find that their behaviour is highly unprofessional especially since the fridge is still under warranty. I have been chasing this issue since last month with no solution in sight, this is no way to be treating a loyal customer. I am highly disappointed in the service and would not recommend that anyone buy an appliance from them as they do not value the very customer they are meant to serve.
I called Old Mutual on the 12th of February and asked them to keep my premiums the same as I had not received an increment in 3 years and I was told to write a letter listing all my policy that where going to be affected by these increments, the very same day I wrote the letter and emailed the letter through to them. I then received an acknowledgement letter with a reference from them on the the same day.Only to my surprise Old Mutual sends me a email on 17th March notifying me that my green light police's will be increasing in May so I called on 31 March asking them as to why am I still receiving reminders about increases as I had asked them not to increase my premiums as I wont be able to keep up as my income is the same for the past 3 years.They say I must write another latter , they cant answer as to why the previous letter was not dealt with as I had sent it in advance.
