I left a message at 08h00 this morning for Gertrude to call me & by 14h22 I still didn't receive a call so I called & got the number for her, Ashlyn gave me 0873128146 but the number just keeps ringing! I was very disappointed when I called to cancel the loan a Lisodene person told me that there is no longer a cooling period of 5 days on any loans - but when I was called by Lebogang on 31/03/2015 at 13h34 she approved the loan &told me if I decided to cancel the deal I have 5 days to do so!!! so you can not expect of me to pay any more than the loan amount received - the money has been in my account for one day and I was told that I have 5 days to cancel the deal - I don't care about an apology I just want to cancel the deal & give back the money - I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure that whenever it comes to any kind of loans or purchases involving a monthly instalment there is a cooling off period? I was advised that I can cancel the deal within 5 days no problem - that's all I want!! I don't want to close my accounts with FNB but if Im not satisfied I have no other choice! When I accepted the T's & C's I was told I have 5 days to cancel the deal. I want to now cancel the loan
