Extreme bad service by Makro online order platform. I bought 2 chairs online which was paid in July. Delivery was suppose to be done on the 8th of Aug 2025. Was told by Makro that market place is used for online purchasing. When I went to Makro directly to complain that I was still waiting on delivery, was told they cannot the company who supplies the chairs and the only process that is used, is they escalate the delay. Yesterday I received an email showing the order canceled and may take up to a min of 75 working hours, before I can expect the money back in to my account. This morning, I noticed only 1 hair's money is being refunded. Shame on Makro
2 Weeks ago after church my family and I went to Cafe Magnifico Coffee and Bistro for coffee and breakfast. We ordered from the waiter and received our food. When the bill came I was not satisfied with the amount and queried it from the waiter. He tried to be helpful but then got the owner to assist. I was so embarrassed after he was so arrogant telling me he needs to make profit. I ordered 2 slices of bread with avo. I was charged for the avo, 2 slices of bread and again for more bread with butter and jam. I wanted him to explain how he could charge me if I only had the 2 slices of bread and avo. He was so aggressive and arrogant and spoke to me in such a bad manner in front of all the other customers which was so embarrassing saying he needs to make a profit....enough said I will never put my feet there again. This owner is so unprofessional and arrogant, what a bad experience!!
