Probably the most unorganised company I've ever had to deal with. I was told by insurance busters that my previous month would be covered due to retrenchment. They confirmed this and now they are telling me that my services are going to be suspended due to non payment, excuse me you are the ones that said I do not have to pay so why chase me for payment. Not only that every time we speak to a customer service agent we have to explain the whole story again , why do you not have a ticketing system or any time of CRM that documents these conversations, either your company does not have these facilities or you are employing laxy people, I suggest recruiting new staff there are a lot of people out there looking for work whom can probably do a better job than the workers you have currently employed
Today I place a phone order through to Nandos N1 city at 2:00 pm , I gave my order to the Manager Altus , he took my order down and advised me that it would be done in 12 minutes, so I got there before 12 mins preparation time and stood in a very long line only to find out my order was never place and my meal was not even prepared, now normally i wouldn't't care about such a thing but i placed the order at work, I have only a 30mins lunch break and 22mins later i still never had something to eat for lunch . so i went over to steers ordered there and got back to work 10mins late and my company doesn't like people coming late so i was inconvenienced. This would have been ok if it was the first time experiencing bad service from a restaurant because look sometimes it does happen and you shouldn't't moan about it but it happened to me twice and iv'e only ever been to nandos n1 city twice before . My first bad experience was i ordered a pita without mayo and i got a pita with a patty and nothing else - instead of without mayo they decided not to add any salad or sauce. thanks n1 city mall next time ill go to n1 city value centre. <br> <br>
