I placed an online order with an instant full payment; I got charged for delivery meanwhile their website highlighted "free delivery for the value of the purchase". I was later on contacted by their agent to be told that the purchased items were out of stock (while they had available stock on their website). I was advised by their manager to file for a refund which I did. 2nd week now, still no refund processed, the only help I receive is one excuse after another. It seems like they didn't endorse their technical errors at all by displaying a " I don't care attitude". A lady in the name of Sharmilla texted me saying: " your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the Proof Of Delivery."... Laughter: proof of delivery of the item which was out of stock. What a disappointment !!!!!!!!!
