We bought a RCT laptop on takealot “RCT 14.1" Celeron N3350 Notebook - 64GB eMMC | 4GB RAM | WIN10PRO” but RCT customer service is extremely bad. The laptop was shipped with a password enabled and we contacted them numerous times for help with no luck. They never delivered the password, the laptop in now nothing more than a paperweight. Do not support bad service.

Extremely poor service. We paid a monthly retainer for website development and for some digital application developments. But we never received any of the apps that we paid for and when we cancelled our account with them they refused to turn our website details over to us so that we can move it to another provider. All work was work-for-hire and we own all the copyright and content, but we are unable to access our own website and now have to have it rebuilt. STAY AWAY.
I had to send in my iPhone 7 in because it no longer charged or switched on. I took it to the Clearwater iStore where I was asked to pay R500 and then my phone will be sent to core for repairs. I was then asked by core for the pop, and even after i explained that i got the phone on an MTN upgrade, they refused to repair the phone. Now if the person that booked my phone told me that i need the POP or documentation would have tried to get them from MTN before wasting my time and sending my phone to core. I wonder how many other people spend the time that they have to take off work because the staff at Clearwater iStore is withholding information or just poorly trained.
Action Ford and Mazda Roodepoort damaged both my vehicle headlights when it was in for a annual service. Then after months for trying to get a response they agree to fix the units with me only having to pay 80% of the cost and no labor. I agreed to this seeing as i cannot drive my car at night with the lights fusing and the pointing to the road and the other to the sky. When i took my car in twice because they decided to have a conservation with themselves changing the booking date, i was called to say that they will now only replace one of the headlights at the discounted rate. <br> <br> I'm being forced to take my car to a ford service center, they screw up and then i have to pay for their mistakes or incompetence as well. <br> <br> NO MORE FORD! BUY TOYOTA!!!!
