Planet fitness is charging me for a cancellation I requested in May 2020. I made a request to cancel my month to month gym membership in May 2020, however planet fitness deducted money off my account in September 2020. I cancelled my vitality therefore I usually pay R212 for gym and planet fitness charge me R849 for a contract I cancelled 4 months ago. Robbing their customers.
I applied at Telkom mobile for a wifi contract, I visited the branch 4 times within the next 2 weeks and everytime they tell me to please wait till they contact me regarding my application. I actually gave up with contacting them as they keep on giving the same reply. 2 weeks later after applying they phoned me to say they found my application form and it will take another 7-14 working days, its over a month later from the original applying date and yet no progress has been made.
