Worst service ever, its been a week with no updates or feedback on my order OS12106 According to their site my goods would have been delivered on or before 15Sep 2023 which is why I ordered, we are travelling to France tomorrow (17 Sept) and ordered the shirts to wear on game day. To date no feedback from customer service or whatsapp. But they are eager to spam with promotional emails and social media spam. Do not order from them!!
I accepted a tablet deal from Sell Direct at R99p/m and it ended up that a second tablet was added to my account. After a lot of calls and zero feedback from Telkom I decided to stop my debit order up until the matter was resolved. I went to Telkom and requested my latest statement to be paid via EFT. Telkom acknowledged payment received with Telkom invoice. Total amount due R4791.65 31/04/15 there is an error in this statement as we did make payment for the month the debit order was cancelled. I made an effort to start resolving it, my first attempted was with #A then #B. Also spoke to consultant #C, send email with explaination.I spoke to #D 30/3/15 she said she will escalated my cases to the Manager #E whom I also spoke to. 31/03/15 I spoke to #F as #E did not get back to me. 31/03/15 I called head office & spoke to #G who answered and then continued to not speak for 5 min after which I hung up, further attempts to call failed with no one answering, I logged an escalation complaint on the Telkom site.I also send POP to Nudebt for my name to be cleared from the system. It is at a point now where I am embarrassed to be associated with the Telkom.
I took out a media pad contract with Sell direct in November 2014. An additional contract was added on my account without my knowledge. I have been trying to sort this case out since.They have now deducted more than R 1000 on my account that they need to reimburse me for as this was from the unauthorized contract. I went to Telkom who said they will sort this out after multiple cases logged they still have not cancelled this from my account, this is the Kolonnade branch as well as multiple consultants including one manager at the call center. Today I spoke to a Telkom consultant who was very help full from the Woodlands branch (thank you for that), he informed me that I need to resolve this issue with Sell Direct as they do not handle queries for Sell Direct.I tried phoning Sell Direct for at least an hour now and no one is answering any of the lines I phoned. I am very unhappy with the service given as they are always very good to follow up if they want to sell a contract to you but afterwards no help is offered to sort this out!!!!!
