I got into an accident and a consultant by the name of Ayabulela Sibanda called to keep me calm and assisted me with all the relevant information and even organized transport for me to arrive home safe from the accident scene. I am so grate for everything and the great service received from discovery.
<p>i have unauthorised debit orders going through my account and i have reported the matter and tried to block it several times without any luck they just keep debiting using a different reference number.</p>
I got a call from this holiday company in 2014 offering me a holiday voucher which I ddnt accept but they still debited the amount of R300 I went and reversed the transaction but from then till today 26 march 2016 they have been debiting an amount of R99 I called them on Tuesday 22 march 2016 and they denied being responsible for the debits but my bank has indeed confirmed that it is them ... <br> I want these thieves to stop taking my money because I did not accept any voucher from them .<br> <br> HelloPeter please help me expose and stop these thieves from taking my money .<br> <br> Angry victim
I took a contract with telkom on the 7th of October 2014 and was told that I would be getting unlimited mobile data which is suppose to be for a year but I received an sms telling me that my mobile data network has been paused because I used up all my bundles surprisingly since am suppose to have unlimited data till September of 2015 .when I called into the call centre was told it was a promotion that ended 31st March .but we were not notified of that change telkom has engaged in what we call false advertising just to pull customers and now are not keeping their word they just full of lies and giving me excuses not to live up to their 1 year obligation....I am very angry and will not b recommending telkom to any of my friends or family members NO ONE. . <br> <br> #ANGRYCUSTOMER<br> #DISAPPOINTED.<br> <br> BY Precious
