Eishh the poorest service… 2 days without electricity…. no feedback…. then the fat cats want 36% !! Anc madness🦇
We have vodacom contracts for the past 4 years, a data stick with s mg cap on it.During December Vodacom deducted close to R15 000 from my bank account (debit order which was signed for a capped datastick). We reversed the payment to the bank-since then our data has been suspended-theyn bill us on an uncapped data use of close to R10 000 per month!!!! while the contract has a cap on 0725307092. After written requests to Minomasa Mall branch in Bloemfontein and struggling for 3 months with my phone also witched off.I was directed to Free State regional office, talked to Ethel Plaajies-which tried somewajta and then claimed she does not have time to solve the problem....stuck at the entrance. Eventually a Dominique (Client Liason Officer ) pitched and took all the details. Again 5 days later-no response , no solution....with aswitched of phone that is paid up and a 2 gig cap data that they charged us close to R20 000 .....How the hell is this possible?Then they increase tarrifs as well? We really need more competition and Vodacom to take customers serious.Please also do not try the call centre-you will waste your money as you need to pay for the calls as well ...to try and solve
