Stay away from Chipboard City Parow
Dealt with a guy named Clint over whatsapp, sent my cutting list and hardware required (all on 1 page) to them via whatsapp. Rep**** and said the amount was R***x, i paid it, then sent him the proof of payment. After that, i confirmed 3 times if everything is included, to which he rep**** yes. I then asked for the receipt, only to find out that the hardware was not included. When i asked him why it wasn't included, he simply rep****, "sorry, human error". I went down there today and tried to sort it out, but Clint is so 'non-sholont", i then requested to speak to the Manager, her name is Meloney, she had no idea what was going on. I explained the issue to her, again, not helpful at all, just says she can't give anything that is not on the invoice... after expalining to her that the invoice was only written 2 days after payment was made - she never attempted to resolve the issue at all. If i was the owner... i would be very concerned about my business in these people's hands... ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

Incompetent Staff & Pathetic Service
I took a 8ta Tablet / Internet contract more than 2 years ago, i've called 8ta on 081180 about 20 times (could be more - not exaggerating at all) the contract was for R499 per month, all of a sudden, i'm being billed R827.04 &
