I signed up by Salham and Partners May 2024 and they assured me that my name will be cleared within 5 months. After they have received all their payments, they never even made a court date for me by 5 months. I have had endless empty complaint. The lawyer failed to appear 3 times and had to refile already. I have requested to speak to management, havent heard from them Its been 19months, all my debt is paid up except my car which im paying more for to finish it quicker, I earn double than what I did before, gave them all the documents but nothing gets done to the lawyer at all. This firm is pathetic and I would advise everyone to stay clear of them. They dont care about their clients at all. They take your money and dont worry again. I have to follow yp with them everytime bot once did Hafeesa give me feedback or a call or email unless I asked. Im still waiting on the call from the person in charge.. almost 2years now and they have done nothing

My phone was sent it for repairs in February already... they then decided because there was something wrong with my motherboard that it was due to neglect bt they cant even give a proper reasoning. I then went to Edgars Blue route to check if my phone has come back and found out nothing has... they phoned MTN which took forever to get through to them nd phoned me to tell me that I have to pay R330 for courier fees so that I can get my phone back which was never communicated to me. I have tried phoning the MTN repair centre numerous of times but no one answers even of I hold the line for over 10minutes eachtime. This is unacceptable. I have work in the repairs at my company and never has a supplier charged a customer courier fees for repaired or unrepaired units. They have also lied about sending me a sms to tell me this cause I have not received anything via sms or email thay stipulates that I have to do so with their banking details on. I have sent emails but no response and I need to speak to the manager.
