Honestly the worst online supplier I have ever bought from. The product was non functional (commonly known as 'broken') and incomplete - shipped without a user manual so it was most likely second hand or perhaps an item that had previously been returned for being non-functional. The process took forever although I did get a refund eventually. Their online presence is unprofessional and seriously ***** (their website is a free wix website and looks like a 6 year old child slapped it together as a school project) and their admin system seems to be as useless as the products they ship because they sent correspondence to the wrong email address and If I didnt contact Makro i would never have known what is going on. my rating is one star but if there was a zero star rating I would have given that.

impossible to figure out how to setup online delivieries or downloading the apparently non existent android app. complained about the non functionality of their website and delivery service on the pnp facebook page and my very valid complaint was simply removed by the moderator. well done pnp, you have lost a customer.
worst online store on earth. bought an ipc360 ip camera online from them. Never heard from the for a month after succesful payment. When I emailed I got no response. I then sent an inline query which was answered by some guy claiming there is a 7-10 day turn over time to process and ship orders. I replied that clearly he ddnt even see that I had paid for my order over a month ago. Now I received an email apoplogising that they have no stock but can give me a store credit to spend on anything else in the store. I am not too confident that I will get my money back. They may have scammed me nicely out of a decent whack of cash. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.
I finished up in the SA NAVY end of October 2014. All my paperwork was spot on and my file was collected and booked in at GEPF head branch in Pretoria on the 12th of December 2014. By the 25th of February GEPF was ready to pay my pension out, but when a Safetyweb verification against my bank particulars at FNB was rejected by the bank, GEPF tried to phone me ONCE, and when they could not get me on the line they just gave up. In the mean time I have sent plenty of mails and documents and corrected info on my FNB hogan system, so I am hopeful that they will pay me out soon. It does seem to be a problem to get GEPF to communicate with me, and it costs a fortune to actually manage to get them on the line. I want to know when they intend on doing my verification and make my payout. This should not be so hard to do, but I keep getting crap like Lets just give the finance department another week and see what happens... My bank don't like the see what happens after another week approach and they will repo my house soon enough. Lets NOT see what happens please. I WANT ANSWERS AND ACTION. I am legally entitled to my pension and I want it NOW.
