I am beyond frustrated with CLICKS BABY! I ordered a pram on the 9th of August and, after waiting weeks, it finally arrived—broken! I returned it to the store, expecting a simple replacement, but no, they had to send it off for inspection. It’s been weeks, and I’m still left without a pram! This is absolutely ridiculous. How can a company that caters to parents be so unreliable? The delay and lack of communication are infuriating. I’m deeply disappointed and will never shop here again. PLEASE AVOID CLICKS BABY if you want any peace of mind!
I am terribly HEARTBROKEN AND ANGRY, but I feel it's extremely necessary to warn other pet owners about this horrible cat food. I purchased Catmor Cat Food for my cats(3year old and 2year old) , trusting it was a safe and nutritious option. Tragically, I lost both my cats 3 months apart, my cats became extremely ill. Despite immediate veterinary care, my beloved cats did not survive. The symptoms were severe and came on quickly. I believe the food was the cause, as nothing else in my cat's environment or diet had changed. Losing a pet is devastating, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this ordeal. Please be cautious and consider alternative options for your furry family members. I will never trust this brand again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE THIS CAT FOOD OFF THE SHELVES!!!!
It all started when I noticed that I was being billed for airtime to a 084 number of which I had no knowledge, when calling in I was told that I was being charged by one of their partners for Cell C airtime and would have to take it up with the airtime company. Firstly I didn't EVER REQUEST airtime to be billed to my Edgars account in the first place and secondly I use Vodacom (082) and have NEVER had any Cell C number!<br> <br> Needless to say I called (the airtime company) and after several attempts I eventually spoke to a human being who assured me that my matter would be resolved swiftly and that I would be called the next day with confirmation... After 2 weeks with no response I tried calling them again only to get cut off before the call went through several times.<br> <br> I finally decided to close my Edgars account, I went into Edgars twice to no avail as the staff themselves could not even get through to their partner (the airtime company) to cancel the airtime debit order and close my Edgars account...<br> <br> I doubt that I will receive a refund for what Edgars stole from me... I'm just sick and tired of being ignored!<br> <br> Edgars stop waiting my time, I DEMAND THAT YOU CLOSE MY ACCOUNT NOW!!!
