No service and no respect for patients
I booked an appointment in advance to see Dr L Steenkamp at Cedar Family Med (located at Cedar Tree Office park - right opposite Fourways Life hospital) on the 16th of August 2017 at 14:15pm. When I got there, Steenkamp was at another location and I was questioned by a receptionist named Lynn if I had really booked the appointment at all because the doctor divides her time between the Fourways practice and another Bryanston practice. I was then told to go to the Bryanston practice. I refused to go to Bryanston and told Lynn and Dr Woodstcok (Dr Steenkamp's colleague at the Fourways practice) who had joined the conversation, that I cannot be taken from pillar to post at the sacrifice of my time from work. I was bluntly told by Dr Woodstock: "Its not our fault". I immediately got up to leave because I could not bear having another minute of my time wasted by arguments . As I left Dr Woodstock rudely said "well bye". I was greatly upset by this. I pay a lot of money for medical aid only to be treated like trash by medical practitioners and their staff. Cedar Family Med gets a zero rating from me and I will never set foot there again and I encourage anyone who was thinking of going there to stay away.

Poor service, trickery and dishonesty!
I went to Ramkietjie on the 8th of March 2015 to view the venue for a wedding ceremony. The lady who works there, Debbie, agreed to send me a quotation for venue hire for 100 guests as well as menu prices. I expected to get the quote within a week or so. It is now the 14th of April, a month later and I have not received anything. I have called her more than 4 times and each time there is a story about why the quote is not ready. First it was problems with the internet, then it was that she forgot my email address, then yesterday she claimed to have sent the email to [Email Removed] (this does not even exist!!!). To top everything off, I called again today and I have been told that she left Ramkietji this morning together with the chef!!!! BEWARE OF CROOKS!!!
