I wish I’d read the reviews before placing an order. I ordered 3 items in November 2025 and haven’t recieved any of the items to date. No responses to queries or any information regarding a refund. The owner belatedly ignores any form of communication.
In December i bought scatter cushions from Coricraft and returned a few of them as they were to big for the other couches. I was promised to be refunded the money for the cushions returned but after several visits over the past 2 months they have failed to refund me the money or give me clear feedback, all they give are endless promises and excuses. This whole situation has really become annoying.
I still have not been assisted by JD or been explained to about what is going on with my account. I was told that I would receive feedback but seems like the issue is just being brushed under the carpet and still receiving statements that I owe them.<br> <br> Report that I wrote on 14/04/2015<br> <br> \I bought a couch at Rochester Northgate and took it on credit and planned to pay it before 12 months. Ndamase went to buy us (my wife and I) an LG 1-7kg front loader washing machine at Game Mathatha Plaza. The two year guarantee expires this September but we still unable this far to get anywhere with trying to get it fixed. It had a problem with the drop down notification panel, it wasn't dropping. I was told to leave it for about 1 hour 30 minutes. When I got back I found that all my data had been deleted without my consent and vodacom software had been loaded onto my phone which I use with an mtn sim and because of this my sim card couldn't be detected and my imei number was deleted in the process. Ever since i got my phone back my playstore is not opening and my browser is not working properly it keeps sticking. I have to restart my phone to get it working. I could have taken it back to Samsung but I'm now afraid it will actually develop more problems. I feel like they killed my phone. I regret taking it there. That was really pathetic to say the least. I have been using Samsung for years now and was looking forward to buying the note 5 when it comes out. I'm thinking twice now. Amanda from acer said he cannot book it she will get that model and troubleshoot the problem with him which might take a hour or two which inconvenienced me transport wise. I completed the termination of the line form that was given to me. The lady said that there is no problem and that they would contact me to confirm that the termination went through. I never heard from MTN after that. Now, more than a month later (when the line was supposed to be cancelled already), I get billed again and my line is still not terminated. When we phoned the customer care line they said it was a 'System delay'. This is very poor service and it is not the first issue that I have had with MTN service in the past year. I bought a couch at Rochester Northgate and took it on credit and planned to pay it before 12 months. So I did that and paid it within 7 months. Closer to the time of me paying it off funny amounts started reflecting on my statements and when i asked about it i was told i wasn't being charged goods insurance throughout the period of the agreement so i accepted and paid off the account. A week later when i went to collect the letter that i had paid off my account i was told there is still an amount outstanding. This is by far the worst.
