I am fed up with Dstv. Every 2 to 3 months our decoder gives us a problem and when I call the caller centre they always say I must take the decoder to their shop and every time they format it and required to make a payment. Now I’m sitting with a decoder that says it lost signal due to bad weather and the agent kept on saying there is nothing they can do. I’m so disappointed even considering cancelling my subscription.
1st time placing an order and was called by the delivery person to say they cant deliver at my house because they experience robberies we have to meet at a post office . so I explained that I am in the office , decided to change the delivery address to my work place and gave the address. Which they said it will be okay . I get a call from delivery office after 2 days later to say my package returned because they didn't know which building from my work place and I remember mentioning which building while changing the address . Couldn't they call me ? Or go to the reception cause the receptionist would have called me instead of leaving with my package? I am so annoyed with Fastway couriers with the service received.
Please be aware of this scam shoevault , sometimes goes by sportwear . DO NOT BUY .
Please don't buy from online store with that name. It is a scam. Once order paced and paid you wont get the order. Contact detail from the website doesn't work
I placed an order on the 24/03/2020 for the order to be delivered at work but on the 26/03/2020 i called clicks asking them to change my delivery address to my home address and was given a ref number. On the 27th my order was couriered to my work and found that the business is closed because of the virus. Today i see on the tracking system that it has updated the status again on the 30th saying business has closed. I called clicks and the lady told it takes 2 attempts for a delivery, so i asked what is gonna happen to my order she could give me a clear answer. I am expecting my child anytime from now and afraid the i wont get my order.what i ordered are baby's essentials. I am disappointed and frustrated with the service received.
I requested for uber to pick up my parents at Durban harbour.And my request was cancelled 3 times without any explanation. the 3rd person Sanele called my mom then the next thing the trip was cancelled without a reason for cancellation and money was debited already from my account. Is this a way of treating paying customers , my parent were waiting for a ride that never came . Until i organised another ride for them . Now my money is gone , no explanation . This is a digitising way of treating customer. I will not be using Uber anymore because of their poor services , and the fact that there is not number that you can contact as a customer but log a complain on the the app sucks big time . I WANT MY MONEY BACK
I placed an order over the weekend and was advised that my parcel will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days . i received a call on Wednesday confirming my address and was advised that it will be delivered the following day. when i tracked online it was out for delivery until i see it is time to knock off at work then i decided to call skynet only to find out that my parcel is not out for delivery is with them because they dont have anyone to deliver all because the lady who was supposed to deliver didn't come to work . if i didn't call i would have known what is happening to my parcel. and they lady on the call had to put me on hold for over 20 minutes .Im so dissapointed
<p>standard bank is a nightmare, just a month back i closed all my accounts with them and put a notice on my 32days notice. As i made a notice in a branch i told the consultant that the money should be deposited in my other 32days notice that i opened with a different bank, Until now i havent received my funds and when i called was told that the funds have been reversed to their account because they dont transfer funds to investment accounts ,why didnt the consultant tell me that from the start .The lady called Salome told me that they cant transfer the funds to the cheque account over the phone i need to go to a branch and will get my funds . to my suprise in the branch i need to put another notice or pay the penalty fees of R400 , For what because i followed their advise. I havent met a bank that gives a person so much stress like standard bank .</p>
<p>standard bank sanridge has the worse service ever .you go looking for help and you need get assisted but instead just walk out of the branch.if you ask why your not assisted ,they are always short stuffed . i mean how can 1 person be the one to assist all the people. I regret the day i opened an account with standbank because after walking out of the branch i called the call center and was advised to go to the branch .</p>
I left the office just so that I can update my address and put a notice on my 32 days account.I waited for more that an 1h:30min. When I was supposed to be the next person to be helped the lady told me that she doesn't deal with fica that I have sit down and wait again. Even after telling her that was not the only reason I came .she ignored me and left with the person who was after me on the que. After complaining that is when I was helped.everytime I call for simple thing I will be told to go to a branch. I think it about time I change a bank.
