I am a MTN customer for the past 7 years, two weeks ago I went and upgraded my contract. I was on a top up and when I went in, I said to them that I want to stay on the top up package. Up until this day, I am on an open line and not on the package that I have signed for. When I try to phone customer care, I am on hold for about 3 minutes and then the phone gets cut off.... I am tired of battling like this...<br> <br> What should I do? Should I cancel the contract and go to another service provider, because obviously MTN does not want to help their customers
